AUT University is currently carrying out field research in the South Pacific. To enable this we are using 20 Dell Latitude Notebooks we purchased from Robert Elcombe at MiIT Limited We have found the laptops to be very robust and have performed flawlessly in heat and humidity at the upper levels of their operating capacity. They have endured many thousands of miles of travel from Samoa to Papua New Guinea.

Within 3 days of Mr Elcombe's (Rob) initial visit, and with his expert advice, we had a new computer system sourced, installed, networked and "up and running". His knowledge of computer systems and hardware is outstanding and this has benefited our business incalculably by improving the speed and quality of response to client queries. Since then, and on Rob's recommendation, we have expanded our computer software suite enabling us to give a better quality of service to our clients.

On a personal level Rob is both personable and trustworthy. We as a company would not hesitate to recommend him (and have done so) to any company who have niggling computer difficulties or who, like ourselves, do not have the up-to-date market place knowledge of advances in the computer world. He has proved to be a cost effective means of ensuring that, going forward, our business is in "safe" hands.
