Director
Tolla co-founded Mi-IT in 2009. He brings his wealth of IT experience and passion for the industry to work every day. He has a fascination with emerging technologies and is intuitively aware of how these technologies will impact the future working environment.
He brings to the table the ability to help customers implement cost-effective IT strategies that deliver real value with measurable outcomes.
His key responsibilities are to ensure that customers benefit from the latest innovations in technology, through early adoption and strategic delivery. Tolla is also responsible for the commercial soundness of the company and ensuring that the Mi-IT remains on track with its mission to help businesses prosper in the Cloud.
Director
Sean co-founded Mi-IT in 2009 as Director of Technology. His main focus remains on engineering a robust, reliable IT infrastructure which now serves our customer base. Sean also ensures that the Mi-IT platform evolves with the ever-changing IT landscape and that it delivers security, reliability and simplicity.
As a stakeholder in the company, he feels a great accomplishment knowing that his work positively impacts the growth of many other businesses.
OFFICE MANAGER
Caterina has extensive experience in business, having previously built and sold two businesses. She understands the value of a customer-centric approach and believes that in this age of the customer, that a ‘business-as-usual’ approach simply is not enough.
Her focus at Mi-IT is to support the directors in creating, maintaining and delivering on their brand promises.
Systems Engineer
Stanley joined our team in late 2018. He has 23 years experience in the IT industry firmly tucked under his belt – and we are the fortunate beneficiaries of all his expertise.
Stan is a qualified “Wintel” engineer and is also Cisco certified. His Microsoft certificates encompass: Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Associate and Microsoft Certified Systems Expert ( cloud and infrastructure).
He cannot imagine a career outside of IT. He loves the excitement and there is always something new to learn as IT expands daily.
His favourite quote: “If you are not in front leading, you are at the back following”
In his spare time, Stanley enjoys motocross sports, fishing and diving.
Technical Support
Luke manages our service desk and is the first point of contact when you dial the support line.
He enjoys the ever-changing IT environment as it keeps him challenged and suites his natural technical abilities.
In his spare time, Luke is building a Tiny Mobile Home! This endeavor requires an unusually high level of attention to detail. It also calls for careful planning and execution – a skill that translates well in the IT environment.
MiIT is currently expiring an outage with one of our upstream provision of voice services which has led to a disruption of these services. Our Team is currently working to try and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Our first priority is to restore these services as soon as possible, we will then investigate and make available a full report on what has transpired.
