ANDRE POTGIETER
Service Delivery Manager
André is a results‑driven Service Delivery Specialist with over 15 years’ experience in the IT industry. He brings a practical, hands‑on approach to end‑to‑end service delivery, operations management and continuous improvement, thriving in fast paced, client‑focused environments.
André is highly skilled at streamlining IT service operations, leading cross functional teams and introducing smart, technology driven solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.
He is passionate about operational excellence and takes real pride in delivering outcomes that make a measurable difference for both clients and the business.
CATERINA BAROUTSOS
Finance and Administration
Caterina has extensive experience in business, having previously built and sold two businesses. She understands the value of a customer-centric approach and believes that in this age of the customer, that a ‘business-as-usual’ approach simply is not enough.
Her focus at Mi-IT is to support the directors in creating, maintaining and delivering on their brand promises.
